MONTH-OF COORDINATION

You've spent months planning every aspect of your day, and it's finally here!  Your job on your wedding day is to relax and have fun!  Our job is to make sure that your wedding day runs smoothly from start to finish.  Prior to your wedding day, we will meet at the venue to talk about your vision.  Next, we’ll create your timeline and contact all of your vendors to make sure that everyone is on the same page.  We'll even attend your rehearsal dinner and help your bridal party get the hang of things for the next day. On your wedding day, we handle ceremony and reception set up, direct and manage all vendors, and we keep everything on time.  Finally, we stay through the end of the night to make sure that breakdown of the event space runs smoothly and that nothing is overlooked. [Price Range: $1200 - $1500]

PLANNING & MONTH-OF COORDINATION

Maybe the thought of planning stresses you out, and that's okay!  We're here to help.  In addition to the month of coordinating tasks described above, we will help you with things like selecting vendors that fit your vision and finding the perfect venue. We also make sure that all of the little things - ordering and sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, scheduling fittings and tastings - are all taken care of. [Price Range: $1,500 - $3,000]

BRIDAL SHOWER/BACHELORETTE PARTY

Bridal showers and bachelorette parties can be a lot of work for your friends or family, so we're happy to lend a hand!  We'll help you choose a venue, nail down details, gather all of the supplies, and get set up for the party. [Price Range - $500 - $750]

SET UP/TEAR DOWN ONLY

If you just need an extra set of hands to help you place the centerpieces, set up your cookie table, or keep your popcorn bar stocked during the reception, then we've got you covered.  Two assistants will be on hand for eight hours during your big day. [Price Range - $500/8 Hour Minimum}
